NCIP took part in IASA scientific congress session An International Academies of Sciences Association Scientific Councils Congress Session held on the basis of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus in Minsk on November 24, 2021.

The event was attended by representatives of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, National Center of Intellectual Property (NCIP), Republican Center for Technology Transfer, Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer Research Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Research Institute for Physical Chemical Problems of the Belarusian State University and others.

In frames of the Congress session the delegates discussed the current issues concerning the intellectual property creation, protection and use, as well as issues related to the technology transfer sphere.


NCIP Director General Mr. Uladzimir Rabavolau in his speech mentioned that a range of issues related to the national IP system development should be considered in frames of the State Innovational Development Program for 2021 – 2025 (now having a separate chapter on intellectual property issues) approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 348 of September 15, 2021.
