Trends of administering justice in IP-related cases

In March 2020, the Judicial Board on Intellectual Property Cases of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus celebrated its 20th anniversary. In an interview with the journal “Sudovy Vesnіk” ( «Судовы веснік») the Deputy Chairperson of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus Ms. Zhanna Shkurdyuk spoke about the trends of the judicial board activities, the impact of its law enforcement practice on improving legislation, and the role of the board in legal education.
