New amounts of annual fees for maintenance of Eurasian patents on the territory of the Republic of Belarus

Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No.967 of December 30, 2022, (in force from January 1, 2023) established a new amount of the basic value, thereby changing the amount of annual fees for the maintenance of Eurasian patents for inventions on the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

The Eurasian Patent Office will charge new rates of fees for maintenance of Eurasian patents on the territory of the Republic of Belarus from January 11, 2023.

The amount of annual fees for maintenance of Eurasian patents for inventions on the territory of Belarus is presented in the relevant table on the web-site of the Eurasian Patent Organization.
