The webinar outlined the key facts and regional dynamics that are shaping the intellectual property (IP) protection landscape in Africa, with a focus on ARIPO and OAPI regional IP structures covering 39 African countries.

The webinar provided participants with guidance on pre-trial market surveillance and due diligence strategies, trial preparation, the post-trial enforcement phase, and tips on how to enforce geographic designations in Africa.
