Information for patent fee payers

Please note that according to the Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 30.12.2022 No.967 "On establishing the size of the basic unit" from 01.01.2023 the basic unit makes 37 Belarusian rubles, which changed the amount of patent fees for legal significant actions in respect of the objects of industrial property rights.

Please take this fact into account while paying patent fees.
