Journal «IP in Belarus»

Scientific and practical journal «Intellectual Property in Belarus» is published 6 times yearly, when it was launched in December 1998. Its founders are the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus and the National Center of Intellectual Property.

«Intellectual Property in Belarus» is the only publication in the country, reflecting the state policy in the sphere of protection and management of industrial property, copyright and related rights.

Its pages contain articles of renowned scholars, practitioners and experts in the sphere of intellectual property. The significant place in journal is given to the columns such as correspondence with readers, answering questions related to the IP sphere.

According to the Order of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Belarus of February13, 2007 No. 25 the journal «Intellectual Property in Belarus» was included in the list of scientific editions of the Republic of Belarus for the publication of the results of dissertation researches on economic issues and intellectual property rights.
