Training

The Training Center of the National Center for Intellectual Property offers training courses for representatives of any professional circles with the following educational programs:

• fundamentals of intellectual property management
• patent information and patent research
• registration of rights to industrial property objects
• inventions, utility models, industrial designs (course section "Registration of rights to industrial property objects")
• trademarks and service marks (course section "Registration of rights to industrial property objects")
• introduction of intellectual activity results into economic cycle
• copyright and related rights
• industrial cluster issues of intellectual property protection and enforcement
• countering the circulation of products with violation of intellectual property rights
• patent attorneys’ professional profiles (for patent attorneys only)
• appraisers’ professional profiles (for appraisers of intellectual property objects only)
• valuation of intellectual property objects (for applicants to certify their right to run an independent assessment of intellectual property objects)
• legal aspects of franchising
• legal cases and disputes review by the Board of Appeal. Recognition of a trademark as well-known.

Upon request of organizations, seminars are held on topical issues of intellectual property protection and management.
