Student Scientific Club on Intellectual Property Law

On March 19, 2024 on the basis of the Law Faculty of the Belarusian State University was held a meeting of the student scientific club on intellectual property law "Copyright on musical works".

On behalf of the National Center of Intellectual Property (the NCIP) the event was attended by Andrei Luchenok, the Head of the Rights Enforcement Division of the Copyright and Related Rights Department, and Lyubov Trachenko, Specialist of the Industrial Property Law and Treaties Division of the Legal and Human Resources Department.

The session was devoted to the legal protection of musical works. A. Luchenok spoke about the advantages of collective management of property rights and detailed the activities of the NCIP as a collective management organization.
