III International Scientific and Practical Conference «Author-2023»

On April 27-28, 2023, the III International Scientific and Practical Conference «Author-2023» will be held. The topic of the forum is «Authorship: national, regional and global aspects».

The event will be organized in a hybrid format by the Federal Service for Intellectual Property, the Eurasian Patent Office, the International Research and Education Center «UNESCO Chair on Copyright, Related, Cultural and Information Rights» of the Higher School of Economics and the Russian State Academy of Intellectual Property.

The Forum is traditionally timed to the International Book and Copyright Day (April 23), declared by UNESCO and the International Intellectual Property Day (April 26), declared by the World Intellectual Property Organization.
