Final edition of the draft Technical Code of established practice on valuation of intellectual property objects has been published

The National Center of Intellectual Property, together with the State Committee on Science and Technology, completed work on the revised draft of Technical Code of Established Practice TKP 52.5.01 «Valuation of Civil Rights Objects. Valuation of Intellectual Property Objects and Property Rights Thereto».

The introduction of this document will preserve the continuity of approaches to assessing the value of intellectual property objects and the examination of its results, consolidating unified requirements for procedures and methods for determining the value of intellectual property objects that will be applied by organizations and enterprises, appraisers, appraisers and experts in this field.

We suggest reading the final version of the draft Technical Code at the link.

After completing the procedures established by law, the Technical Code will be approved and put into effect.
