A Memorandum of Understanding between the National Center of Intellectual Property (NCIP) and the Intellectual Property Office of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia (the IP Office of Armenia) was signed on July 18, 2022, during the 63rd series of meetings of the Assemblies of the Member States of WIPO.

The document was signed by the Director General of NCIP Uladzimir Rabavolau and the Head of the IP Office of Armenia Christine Hambaryan.

The Memorandum of Understanding aims to define general principles of cooperation between the organizations, including exchange of experience on various IP-related issues, exchange of patent documents, training of specialists, collaboration within the framework of Technology and Innovation Support Centers.
This agreement is the next step in the development of cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Armenia in the intellectual property sphere.
