NCIP’s advisory board meeting

On September 30, 2022, the National Center of Intellectual Property (NCIP) hosted a meeting of its Advisory Board (the Board).

In the course of the Council's meeting the following was discussed:

  • results of NCIP's work in the field of collective management of property rights for the 1st half of 2022;
  • Problematic issues of NCIP activities in the field of collective management of property rights;
  • Issues of collective administration of property rights in relation to original and derivative works;
  • Council members' proposals for improving the work of NCIP as an organization for the collective administration of property rights, etc.

The decisions adopted during the meeting of the Council will improve the effectiveness of NCIP as an organization for the collective management of property rights of authors and other right holders.
