XV International Forum «Innovative Development through the Intellectual Property Market»

On April 23, 2024, the XV International Forum «Innovative Development through the Intellectual Property Market» will be held at the Moscow State Law University named after O.E. Kutafin (MSAL) as part of the World Intellectual Property Day.

The organizers of the event are the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), the Eurasian Economic Commission of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Republican Research Institute of Intellectual Property (RRIIP), the Association of Lawyers of Russia, Moscow State Law Academy.

The Forum program includes a plenary session «The Eurasian intellectual property market and technological sovereignty in a multipolar world» and thematic sessions (5 – in Moscow, 7 regional sessions in the EAEU member states).

Traditionally, within the framework of the plenary meeting, RRIIP will present an annual analytical report «On the state of legal protection, use and enforcement of intellectual property in the EAEU, CIS and BRICS in 2023».

Participation is free of charge. The working language is Russian, with simultaneous interpretation in English. Based on the results of the Forum,
a collection of materials and special issues of magazines of the event’s information partners will be published.
