Seminar «Features of the Eurasian Patenting Procedure for Inventions and Industrial Designs»

On March 27, 2024 at 9:30 a.m., during the videoconference the seminar «Features of the Eurasian Patenting Procedure for Inventions and Industrial Designs» will be held. The event is organized by the Eurasian Patent Office (EAPO),the Russian State Academy of Intellectual Property, and the Assembly of Eurasian Patent Attorneys.

During the seminar, Eurasian patent attorneys and EAPO experts will give the participants their recommendations on the procedure for obtaining Eurasian patents for inventions and industrial designs.

The seminar will also include a panel discussion «Improving the Eurasian Patenting Procedure for Inventions and Industrial Designs». The purpose of the round table is to discuss issues arising in the framework of cooperation with the EAPO, as well as to formulate suggestions to improve the Eurasian patent procedure and improve the quality of services provided by Eurasian patent attorneys and the EAPO itself.

Eurasian patent attorneys, other representatives of applicants, representatives of business entities and citizens interested in patenting inventions and industrial designs under the Eurasian patent procedure are invited to participate in the seminar.
