37th (10th extraordinary) session of the EAPO Administrative Council was held

On April 12, 2021, 37th (10th extraordinary) session of the Administrative Council of the Eurasian Patent Organization (EAPO) took place in the video conference format.

The Republic of Belarus was represented by the experts of the National Center of Intellectual Property: Director General Uladzimir Rabavolau, Head of the Industrial Property Examination Department of Alena Usachova, Head of the Legal and Human Resources Department Tatsiana Kavaleuskaya, Head of the International Cooperation Division Arthur Akhramenka and Leading Specialist of the Legal and Human Resources Department Elzhbeta Skshidleuska.

The agenda of the event covered amendments and additions to the Patent Regulations to the Eurasian Patent Convention (EAPC) and to the EAPO Statute on Fees, which determines the procedure for the distribution of fees paid in accordance with Articles 8 (2) and 15 (5) of the Protocol on Industrial Design Protection to the EAPC, the order and terms of their payment.
