Applications for the National Innovation Projects Contest - 2024 are still accepted

The State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus with the participation of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the public association «Belarusian Republican Youth Union», the Belarusian Innovation Fund holds the 15th Republican Contest of Innovation Projects (the Contest).

The Contest provides an opportunity for developers to present their ideas to the public, receive expert evaluation and cash prizes.

The Contest considers socially significant innovative projects of various stages of implementation with a commercialization strategy, corresponding to the priority directions of scientific, scientific-technical and innovative activities.

The Contest is held in the nominations «Best Innovation Project» and «Best Youth Innovation Project». The contest participants can be legal entities and individuals.

In order to prepare participants for the consideration and defense of innovative projects, training seminars will be held with the involvement of leading Belarusian specialists in innovation and venture activity, business planning.

Based on the results of the presentation of innovative projects in each nomination, one winner and five prize-winners are determined. The winners and runners-up will receive diplomas and prizes ranging from 1,160 to 3,440 rubles.

Also, among the winners and runners-up will be selected projects for further commercialization of their results with the award of certificates in the amount of 22,840 rubles.

Applications will be accepted until August 1, 2024.
