For reference. On 22 October 2020, Belarus joined WIPO Marrakesh Treaty on Access to Published Works as a practical step of our country to ensure rights of visually impaired persons. The State Committee on Science and Technology of Belarus and the National Center of Intellectual Property are working on Belarus accession to WIPO Hague Agreement, which will allow to become a full-fledged participant of the international system for registration of industrial designs.
