Chairman of the SCST Mr. Alexander Shumilin awarded with the badge of distinction “Honourable badge”

The Chairman of the State Committee on Science and Technology Mr. Alexander Shumilin was awarded with the badge of distinction “Honourable badge” No. 3 of the national institution “National Center of Intellectual Property” for a significant contribution to the development of the intellectual property system in the Republic of Belarus.

The badge of distinction was awarded to him by the Director General Mr. Uladzimir Rabavolau on January 29, 2020 in a festive atmosphere in front of the NCIP staff team.

It should be mentioned that so far only the Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization, Francis Gurry, and the Director of the Department for Transition and Developed Countries, Mr. Michal Svantner, have been awarded with the badge of distinction “Honourable badge” for a significant contribution to the development of the intellectual property system in Belarus.
