In the digital age, computer programs are among the most demanded intellectual property objects. And we are pleased to announce that now commercial offers for computer programs can be placed on the Intellectual Property Exchange (IP Exchange)!
The National Center of Intellectual Property (NCIP) is implementing the IP Exchange project, which allows right holders to inform potential buyers about commercial offers for intellectual property objects they own. It provides an additional opportunity to transfer, grant the right to use their intellectual capital in different ways.
The requirements for commercial offers can be found on the NCIP website.
In order to verify the fact of computer program creation and ownership before placement on the IP Exchange, it is necessary to submit a certificate of registration issued by NCIP.
