INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR ON PATENT AND TRADEMARK LEGISLATION

The representatives of the National Center of Intellectual Property, Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus, State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus, as well as the Presiding Judge of the Federal Patent Court (Munich) and an authorized representative to the European Patent Office contributed to the coverage of topical issues of justice in the field of industrial property protection, legal framework of the patent attorneys institute, legal regulation and registration of trademarks, as well as issues of intellectual property rights protection by customs authorities.

The reports of invited speakers were accompanied by active discussions with attendees of the Seminar.
