NCIP's Deputy Director General spoke at MART international conference

Aliaksandr Zayats, Deputy Director General of the National Center of Intellectual Property, spoke at the international conference organized by the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of the Republic of Belarus. One of the sections of the conference was devoted to the topic of parallel imports and possibilities of its application as a tool for restraining prices and fighting market monopolies.
