Preliminary Global Innovation Index 2022 released

Each year the Global Innovation Index (GII) assesses the high-level innovation potential of some 130 countries and economies around the world. The preliminary release, published ahead of the report's official international launch on September 29 this year, focuses on the chapter on "Science and Technology Clusters," a landscape analysis designed to identify where science and technology development is most concentrated.
A preliminary list of the World Intellectual Property Organization report notes that East Asia tops the list of S&T clusters in the world.
