On October 30, 2020, the XII International Forum "Innovative Development through the Intellectual Property Market" was held in Moscow. More than 250 participants from 17 countries participated in the event off-line and online, including CIS and EAEU member states.
The organizers of the Forum were the Executive Committee of the CIS, EEC, the Russian Academy of Sciences, RNIIS, Association of Russian Lawyers with the support of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research, WIPO, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Rossotrudnichestvo, FAS Russia.
During the business program of the Forum, more than 70 scientific reports were presented and discussed at the plenary session "Eurasian Intellectual Property Market: Priorities and Prospects for 2030", as well as at five specialized sessions: IP and competitiveness in the digital economy; IP and competitiveness of enterprises in attracting investments and diversifying production; IP and anti-corruption in public procurement in the R&D field; customs IP enforcement and protection from unfair competition; artificial intelligence and human resources for the intellectual property market.
The next XIII International Forum "Innovative Development through the Intellectual Property Market" will be held on April 23, 2021 as part of the International Intellectual Property Day under the auspices of the United Nations Office in Moscow.
