Second International Youth Forum “Anti-Counterfeiting” to be held

On December 21, 2020, within the framework of the VIII International Forum "Anti-counterfeiting-2020" (Forum), the Second International Youth Forum "Anti-counterfeiting" (Youth Forum) will take place.

The event will be held in a hybrid format from 11.20 to 13.20 Minsk time in the “Round Hall” of the National Library of Belarus as one of the discussion sessions of the Forum entitled “The Role of Youth in Counteracting Illegal Trafficking in Industrial Products”. The live broadcast of the session, as well as its recording, will be available on the official website of the National Center of Intellectual Property.

The participants will discuss a number of issues, including international experience in conducting initiatives aimed at raising public awareness of counterfeit issues; the perspective of young people on the problem of counterfeit and illegal trade in industrial products; the main signs of counterfeiting, methods of countering illegal products turnover; professional training in the field of combating illegal trafficking in industrial products (experience of the EAEU member states in focus).

VIII International Forum “Anti-counterfeiting-2020” will be held in Minsk on December 21-22, 2020. The organizers of the forum are the Government of the Republic of Belarus, the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, the National Center of Intellectual Property, the Eurasian Economic Commission, the International Association “Anti-Counterfeiting”, Association for Intellectual Property Protection “BelBrand”.
