The Belarusian Institute of System Analysis and Information Support of Scientific and Technical Sphere (BelISA) held a seminar on Innovation, Efficiency Drive and Imagineering. The event was held online in Minsk in November of 2021.
Over 400 representatives of state and private entities, scientific community, teachers and students took part in the seminar.
The audience could familiarize with the issues relating the invention solutions theory and its implementation, inventions protection in frames of the intellectual property system, international experience in IP rights protection and engineering personnel training. The relevant lectures were delivered by: IST Associate Member, Consultant Alexander Skuratovich, Design Engineer of the LLC “InKata” Dmitry Haletski, IP Specialist with over 24-year experience at the National Center of Intellectual Property Halina Bazhina, Patent and Invention Engineer of the JSC “Atlant” Irina Skobey, Research Officer at the Center for System Analysis and Strategic Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Aleksey Uspensky, Head of the Competence Center for Digital Transformation of Industry of the JSC Central Research and Design Institute of Organization and Management Techniques Olga Konchevskaya.
The seminar was held by the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus in partnership with the BelISA.
