WIPO Webinar «Transition to the National Phase under the PCT System»

On November 10, 2022, at 11:00 a.m., the World Intellectual Property Organization will host a free webinar on «Transition to the National Phase under the PCT System»

This webinar will address the following questions:

• what decisions an applicant must make on the transition to the national phase;
• What time limitation exists for such a transition;
• What types of security are available from the relevant offices;
• what actions need to be taken in order to enter the national phase;
• what documents need to be submitted to the Office when entering the national phase;
• what fees need to be paid for entry into the national phase;
• what steps need to be taken for substantive examination to begin;
• what are the possibilities for expediting the national phase application;
• What are the possibilities for restoring the timelines for entering the national phase.

The webinar will be held in Russian and is designed for applicants, patent attorneys, intellectual property officers and inventors.
