We remind you that the National Center of Intellectual Property (NCIP) collectively manages property rights to works (musical, dramatic, choreographic, etc.) and productions as part of theatrical and entertainment performances.

It is often difficult for authors, directors and other right owners (right holders) to track the use of their works and (or) productions on their own. To save time and resources, right holders should register their works and/or productions with NCIP for further remuneration of their use.

Those who use works and plays (users) are reminded of the NCIP catalog, which offers a wide range of works and plays by Belarusian and foreign right holders, as well as a search function, which will allow you to find the necessary information much faster. It is also possible to apply to NCIP if it is planned to hold performances with the use of works and plays of both national and foreign right holders, in case it is difficult to obtain permission for their use independently. If requested by the user, NCIP will provide the necessary authorization or assist in obtaining it.
