The National Center of Intellectual Property (NCIP) reminds that all administrative procedures carried out by NCIP are available on the Unified Electronic Services Portal (UESP) "E-Pasluga".

The portal allows you to submit various applications, including renewals and restorations of patents for inventions, utility models, and industrial designs, as well as extensions of trademark registrations, service marks, collective marks, and the right to use geographical indications.

Users also have access to administrative procedures for registering and renewing patent attorney certificates, making changes to state registers of industrial property rights, a list of well-known trademarks in the Republic of Belarus, the State Register of Licensing Agreements, Assignment Agreements, and Pledge Agreements for Intellectual Property Rights, and more.

In addition, through the E-Pasluga portal, you can request an extract from state registers of industrial property rights and submit an application for official publication of rights to use an industrial property right, including open licenses.

Application forms are available on the NCIP website, and detailed step-by-step video instructions explain how to submit documents online.
