The National Center of Intellectual Property developed a draft of professional ethics regulations for patent attorneys. The draft is available here.
You can address your comments and suggestions concerning the draft till April 13, 2022, at upmd@ncip.by marked “On ethics regulations”.
Please be aware that comments and suggestions will not be considered as electronic public appeals, so there will not replies or notifications to them in accordance with the legislation on appeals of citizens and legal entities.
