Training course «Copyright and Related Rights»

On February 23, 2023, the National Center of Intellectual Property held a training course «Copyright and Related Rights». The speakers were the leading experts in the field of intellectual property.
The course covered the following issues:
- General provisions on intellectual property;
- System and competencies of the government agencies and organizations implementing the policy in the field of intellectual property;
- International treaties of the Republic of Belarus in the field of copyright and related rights;
- Legislation of the Republic of Belarus in the field of copyright and related rights;
- Collective management of property rights of authors in the Republic of Belarus;
- Protection of copyright and allied rights.
