Training course "Fundamentals of intellectual property management"

On February 14-18, 2022, the National Center of the Intellectual Property will conduct an online training course "Fundamentals of Intellectual Property Management".

Leading experts in the field of intellectual property will act as speakers for the course participants.

The course will cover the following topics:

• intellectual property system;
• legal protection of objects of copyright and related rights;
• industrial property, patent issues and aspects of granting of patents;
• registration of an application for a patent of the Republic of Belarus;
• execution and filing of an application for registration of a trademark under the national procedure;
• patent information and patent documentation;
• civil circulation of objects of intellectual property;
• valuation of intellectual property;
• enforcement of intellectual property;
• resolution of disputes on violation of rights in the field of intellectual property;
• rationalization activity at enterprises and organizations;
• intellectual property management at the corporate level;
• other.

Applications for training are accepted until February 9, 2022 through the form on the website (Application for individuals, Application for legal entities).

Upon completion of the course, certificates are issued in the established format of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.
