WIPO Webinar «Advantages of Mediation in Intellectual Property Rights and Technology Disputes»

On February 22, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. a free webinar of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) «Advantages of mediation in intellectual property rights and technology disputes» will be held.

The webinar will explore the details of mediation under the rules of the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center, as well as the use of mediation, including the advantages of mediation under WIPO rules in dispute resolution.

The webinar will be conducted in Russian and is designed for authors, intellectual property and technology owners, inventors, R&D specialists, entrepreneurs, lawyers, business executives and other interested parties.

At the end of the presentation webinar participants will be able to send their comments and ask questions online.
