The event was attended by representatives of the National Center of Intellectual Property – Head of the Copyright and Related Rights Legislation Division Yekaterina Yantikova and Head of the International Cooperation Division Arthur Akhramenka; representatives of the World Intellectual Property Organization – Oleksandr Shevchenko, Assistant Program Officer, Department of Transition and Developed Countries; Rafael Vazquez, Associate Legal Officer, and ABC Consortium Product Manager Dominic Matar.

During the videoconference, the parties discussed international experience in the implementation of the Marrakesh Treaty, mechanisms for interaction with beneficiaries and ways to provide a barrier-free environment for visually impaired persons. The representative of the ABC Consortium expressed interest in cooperation with the authorized entities of the Republic of Belarus in ensuring the cross-border exchange of works in an accessible format.
