The NCIP Training Course: «Legal Protection of Intellectual Property Rights»

On September 17, 2026, the National Center of Intellectual Property will hold a training course «Legal Protection of Intellectual Property Rights» in a hybrid format (in-person and online).

Leading experts in the field of intellectual property are invited to speak to the course participants:

Diana Ivanova – Head of the Department of Scientific, Educational and Publishing Activities of the NCIP, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor;

Natallia Novikava – Head of the Legal and Human Resources Department of the NCIP;

Ekaterina Stanskaya – 1st category economist at the Patent and Licensing Office of OAO «Peleng».

The course will cover the following topics:

• the concept of service results of intellectual activity (RIA);
• the formalisation of relationships arising from the creation of RIA;
• the conditions and procedure for the payment of remuneration and compensation for the creation and use of RIA.

Application forms for the course are accepted until September 15, 2026, via the form on the website (Application form for individuals, Application form for organisations).

After completing the course, participants will receive the certificate of attendance in the format prescribed by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.
